“This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd.
Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room
The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back
Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance”

“Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off.
A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).”

“Easy to park, even though it was busy when we arrived (8pm on a Sat Eve), and received a warm welcome at Reception. Room adequate for what were required - a place to stay for a night - but could have been paid a bit more attention - the two chairs in the room were looking tired and threadbare. Bed a little uncomfortable for our liking, so not a great nights sleep for us.”

“There was a wedding happening on arrival, which was fine, but the party spilled over onto my floor and kept going until 2am. Had I been aware I wouldn't have booked the room or been certain that I had a quiet area of the hotel.
Overall the hotel is nice, but it there are some underlying maintenance issues that need to be addressed.”
