THIS PLACE IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY.I booked my reservation and showed up at the "hotel," which appears to be a commercial office building. There was no one at the front desk and no indication it was even a hotel. There was an iPad at the front desk that instructed guests to enter reservation information, which I did, and gave a phone number to call. I called the phone number, which was an offshore call center - the woman on the line said I needed to pay an additional "service fee" to receive a code to access my room. This is totally UNETHICAL. I was so exhausted that against my better judgement I gave her my credit card information to get the "link" to access the room. Of course the link did not work, and I was not able to access the room, or any others. The woman gave me some other numbers to call, which of course didn't work. I never got my room, and I never saw a single person there who appeared to work at the "hotel" (empty office building), At the end I left, and called my bank to cancel my card - THIS IS A UNETHICAL OPERATION AND EXPEDIA SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM - i have filed a Financial Fraud Complaint with the NY State Attorney General - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM STAY AWAY.

The room was very small the suitcases had to be on the floor with very little room to move around. the bed was very hard. There was coffee but no sugar or cream. If you wanted coffee, you had to go down to the lobby where there was a small Keurig and a water pitcher that you had to take back to your room to fill. There is no room service or maid service. Pictures are deceiving. One good thing, the staff was outstanding and always willing to help with directions and places to see. If your room is on the street, it is very noisy.

Clean room and staff helpful. Convenient location.
