Vacations Close To Menlo Park Mall

Longer wait at front desk - for such a big hotel with hundreds of room 1 or 2 front desk seems simply out of proportion, especially during typical check in time. some of them needed help as well so they keep bouncing with Manager for help. I requested 2 rooms next to each other which they failed to support, so the family was split. One rooms water faucet broke. Longer wait at elevator as well. Overall location is the value for money, soo close to timesquare.

I will always stay here close a short 1 minute walk to times square. Literally on broadway. Excellent choice for food.

Super good Hotle!!!! Definitely recommend for anyone staying here !! The water is super smooth when you shower and the rooftop bar with a look out to the city is the cherry on top!!!

Hotel is very nice however they are beginning to start a renovation project on hotel. The fitness gym area is very small for a hotel this size. I wish it was a bigger space for a fitness area. Overall happy with stay room view was amazing also. The staff was also very helpful as well.

Los 3 días tuve que esperar para desayunar, muy mal organizado se notaba , que vuelva en 20/30 minutos era siempre . Pedí cambio de habitación , todo era No , pedí late check out , era No Tuve que ir 5 veces a cambiar la tarjeta de la habitación ya que no funcionaba en el ascensor .
