“Mi estancia, que no ha sido la primera, ha sido estupenda. Me alojo ahí por trabajo y bastantes de mis colegas eligen este hotel. Buena comunicación para llegar al aeropuerto de East Midlands. Cerca de restaurantes, bares, etc. El Personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo y además me volveré a alojar allí de nuevo. ”

“This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good.”

“Gute, freundlich und hilfsbereite Kontakt Personen. Lichtschalter Bedienung gewöhnungdbedürftig. Lage traumhaft schön, ich komme definitiv wieder”

“The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

“La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

“I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and professional. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their attentive service — it made a real difference. I would gladly return and...

“Food was well cooked would recommend the Mixed Grill to anyone. Breakfast was first class. Bedroom was more than adequate TV easy to use as was the shower in so many hotels showers are so difficult to work out. The reception staff were really friendly and efficient”

“Lovely hotel and Lovely staff great food the breakfast was delicious, great value the only criticism would be the lack of fresh air in the hotel perhaps opening a couple of doors or windows would help but that might just be me . Had a lovely sleep and enjoyable stay .”
