hotel is pretty old and need more work

Excellent customer service. Room was ready early which is rare. Location was perfect for walking to waterfront and Pike Place Market. Couldn’t be more convenient. Staff was always helpful. They acknowledged spouse’s birthday with a nice gift.

We were so pleased with the hotel. The location was great . Our room was very nice. We ate at Six Seven Restaurant on property about 4 times in 3 days. Wonderful food. Wonderful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel/room was spacious, clean and conveniently located near several restaurants.

I drove my EV and picked this hotel for its onsite charging stations. Then was disappointed to find out that 2 out of 4 chargers had the cables cutoff. And the other 2 had cars connected but not charging all night. I asked front desk if they charged extra fees from people leaving their cars occupying those spots without charging and nobody seemed to know anything about that “amenity”. Decent breakfast, good hotel otherwise.

Perfect location and very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend and I will stay again.
