Everything was very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful.

Very comfortable, walking access to all of downtown Seattle and helped with transportation coming and going. That is exactly what I wanted. The staff were very helpful and very nice.

A lot of the activities in the area were walking distance. There were bikes and helmets to use for your convenience. The staff was informative and helpful.

We confirmed with front desk staff at 4 pm there would be a pak n play in the room when my daughter checked in with three small children at 11 pm. Not only was the pak n play not in the room as confirmed when we checked in at 11, but it took my daughter a full hour, multiple phone calls and a trip with her 2 yr old to the desk to the crib. This was totally unacceptable as my daughter and her children did not get to sleep until 1 am.

The power was out in half th room it got really hot couldn't use washroom not great

Awesome Hotel. Great location and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
