“Amazing place! So convenient in the city centre. The room was perfect, the only thing is that shower was good but the fact it’s kind of open makes a bit messy at some point having a shower. However everything was perfect, the laundry room one of the best! Because is an apartment you feel so independent. The views from floor 18 and 9th were great! ”

“Amenities and catering were very good. Service was excellent (especially in the restaurant and spa) spoilt a little only by indifferent sraff at reception and ar the the bar.”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”

“Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. We felt it was very good value. Friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Room was modern and inviting. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was good with a good variety of continental foods. We don't have a dog but I thought it was very good how this hotel catered well for people who did have dogs and the dogs were even welcomed in the restaurant whilst their owners ate breakfast. “The hotel had lots of character. We couldnt fault the room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The little touches like fresh milk and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Packed lunch every mornimg of our stay. Ideal location for exploring. The pianist in the restaurant in the evening was lovely.The food was very good.”
