Loved the spacious room which was quiet with a comfortable King sized bed. Breakfast was great, especially the omelette station. I found the staff genuinely cheerful and helpful, a couple went out of their way for me. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere and pretty lobby. Will definitely stay again.

The Midland hotel in Manchester is an absolutely iconic building steeped in history. Our stay there was amazing, the decor is breathtaking, the rooms sumptious, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We all felt very looked after.

• Evidently, room cleaning for my room could only happen in the late afternoon (when I’m in the room), so my room was not cleaned/made up for four days. • The breakfast buffet is incredible! Tuck in! • The staff at the front desk were fabulous—they can help you with anything!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out, we had a wonderful experience. The entire staff that we dealt with was exceptional. The restaurant on site was amazing.
