“El hotel, personal y ubicación de lujo ”

“Excellent Breakfast - continental and cooked. Rooms are quaint - Wooden beams and low ceilings in places, and floors have unevenness of old floors. Staircases are steep and narrow. Rooms have plenty of space. Our room had a bath and shower attachment but other rooms have shower so one might need to ask if you have a preference. Very helpful staff. Dinner was good but a little pricey (maybe that was par for the area?). Outside area was beautiful - on the cricket green. Lots of parking space...

“Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. The hotel looks terrible, and the staff is not professional at all. I had to book another hotel, and nobody replied to my messages. It is an awful experience; don't go to that...

“Guido was very helpful and accommodating, nice large room with en suite. Ideal location for exploring Cambridge being only a short walk away from the river. Facilities in room included a mini fridge which was well stocked with complimentary items. Really quiet as well, slept well every night. Thanks Guido and family! Chris & Lauren”

“The breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The host which is the owner are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room.”

“Zona ruidosa de Estudiantes. Personal no te atiende por teléfono...”
