“Just ok for one night. I did not like to have my room frezzing cold when arriving in the evening. I had to comnect the radiator and go to the lobby to give time for the room to warm”

“Nice room, think I got a better one than I booked ( booked a bronze single) but I had a double bed. Nice big towels. Could have done with more toilet roll! Had a fan in room. Good location. There’s parking but I didn’t use it. Breakfast was actually good. Super busy at 8am on a Monday though!”

“I called a few days ahead of our stay to let them Know that my daughter was celebrating her 16th birthday on that day and if they could do anything special for this. They said they couldn’t as they only provide champagne for adults and they are very busy so won’t have time. I suggested maybe a small card and a few chocolates just as a welcome gesture.
