“The grounds are amazing and the Castle is beautiful from the outside. We were not allowed to enter the castle because it was rented out for our entire stay. We stayed in the Lodges which would have been nice had some issues been addressed. First off the doors were left open when we got there, front and back, so we thought maybe we were in the wrong place. The hot water lasted 5 mins and never came back. “It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire.
