Lovely B&B, Michelle and Andrew were lovely, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was pre order the day before but was of a great standard. We stayed in Room 9 which had a lovely view of the beach and sea view, we will defo go back.

It was a pleasure of staying at a delightful Bed & Breakfast, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel more like a guest in their home than just a visitor. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials — The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was wonderful and a good way to start the day The location was also ideal — peaceful and picturesque, yet just a short walk from local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether you’re here on your own or family , I wholeheartedly recommend this The Beaches. I’ll definitely be returning!

The hosts Michele and Andrew were brilliant hosts.Very friendly and welcoming .We were booked into a smal family room.Me my husband and brother.It was bright ,clean and comfortable. The next day at breakfast they offerd my brother another room at no further cost ,which was brilliant. The breakfast was perfect no complaints. The hosts came andchatted to us both morning s we were there.We have been to many b&b ,s over the years and this has to be the best .I highly recommend.

What a gem!

It’s so rare to find something big enough for a large family to stay in that doesn’t break the bank. This place was PERFECT! We had the large family room (interconnected). It was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed by the owner who was lovely and had all the kids laughing away. She was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was fabulous. Clean. Spacious. All the tea & coffee you might want. We were very glad of the fans provided as the weather was unexpectedly hot while we were there. We all slept really well and then went down to breakfast. Wow! “The Boss Man” cooked us a fantastic full English (although would cook any combination of hot breakfast you request!). Again, he was friendly and welcoming and brilliant with the kids. Alongside the cooked breakfast, there were cereals, yoghurts, toast, juices, tea/coffee. Dining room was spotlessly clean too. It was a trek from the top floor room to the ground floor dining room (or rather, the trek was going back up all the stairs after!), but I can’t fault them on that. My kids (15,13,11,8) & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. Thank you so much for having us!

I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there.

Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly hosts. Family room was fantastic, all together but a dividing wall and door for privacy if needed. Each side had its own tv and bathroom. Oh and a seaview to die for! I would highly recommend this guest house.
