The stay at Rui was

We stayed on the water side where we had 2 door windows facing out to the bay, outside patio where you can have a bon fire & walk out to the water! Staff was also very friendly. The one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had- makes you not want to leave the room.

Don't count on the breakfast. It is there but not that great. $500 a night is ridiculous, and I do not care how many hotels are doing it still does not make it right. It is all jacked up for summer and $2,500 for 5 days they still want $35 to park every day, plus San Diego liberal leaders tax act that they squander. To top it off they have convenient bottles of water for $3 each. It was a nice stay, but overall I felt ripped off and will be vacationing in Vietnam again like last year.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of many downtown attractions. One thing to note is that there were quite a few homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which may be a concern for some guests. However, we never felt unsafe and did not experience any issues during our stay. What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out a little later than the standard times, which made our trip much more enjoyable. It was also very convenient to have the restaurant located right downstairs. The restaurant manager was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We would definitely stay here again.
