“Room 509 the air con made a terrible noise. Probably needs maintenance. And I was a bit surprised that house keeping only happened if you put a label on your door? Any other hotel it happens as a given. I forgot to put it and when I got back to the room obviously it wasn’t done because I hadn’t put the label on. Maybe doing it by default is a better way?
