Stay here often, great service always. Bristo menu could do with a change. I don’t like the change over a year ago to dessert $15 for all the ice cream you can eat. Pretty boring really. We always enjoy our stay there.

We have stayed at this venue several times across different types of room & for special occasions. When we arrived at reception our booking (made 9 months ago & reconfirmed) did not appear on their system: quite odd. We got through that. The 16th floor room was nice and spacious. Views across the bay were terrific. No complaints. Nice stay. We would have enjoyed room service however it was not available until 5.30pm. We would rate this stay as a solid 7.5/10. The only negative was that we didn’t feel they gave much attention that this was a special wedding anniversary occasion. Good value for the $$$ we paid. Ta
