“Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. “1.Was assigned room next to another room that was being refurbished. Noisy. Should have never happened. Staff should be aware. 2. You ask to re use towels. We did but towels were changed. 3. Next day they forgot to clean room and we had no clean towels. Overall poor experience”

“Extremely helpful staff”

“The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The bathroom had excellent water temperature and pressure, good shampoo and soap etc. Great location with onsite parking. The hotel restaurant is OK, not the greatest and a bit on the pricey side, but it is convenient - We only had dinner there, not lunch or breakfast so I can't comment on those. All up a lovely stay, very handy hotel with modern amenities for a family with a baby, and a crib provided in the room.”

“Great buffet breakfast at the dining room. Also the room service single serve of fillet steak with mash & veg was delicious and large enough to be shared by two of us. The extensive range of free tv shows & movies appreciated. Ensuite tiling and door trim needs some repairs”
