“The bathroom was small. The floor was flooded despite the drop down into the shower. There were no face washers supplied. Appeared to run out of hot water. Could not get any in the basin so I elected to wait for my shower until tonight at my next stop”

“Room was nice and mine faced the harbour, so view was great. Location was good too I reckon with places I wanted to visit. Amenities in room were sufficient, some basic toiletries were not available. Service from staff can be improved. Im both a Hilton and Marriott Bonvoy Gold account holder. Any Marriott chain hotel would accord me the appropriate level of service. I didn't get a whiff of it here, not as a Gold account holder and definitely not as a regular guest.”

“Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday.”

“Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV.
