I had a pleasant stay at Mandala Ace in Albany. The room was clean and felt nice to stay in, with plenty of storage options in the room, parking right up to the door, comfortable pillows and an AC in the room. The service from reception was great too.

Such a convenient location in Albany, easy parking and lovely warm welcome when I arrived. Definitely stay there again when next in Albany which showed its usual cold and wet weather. The room was comfortable, warm, quiet and I slept well, thank you.

A lovely clean room. Bed very comfortable. The rooms are old, but clean. Bathroom could do with an upgrade - a bit sad. Took forever for hot water to eventually run through. One negative thing is that there was no microwave. Apparently because there is the restaurant, but that’s only open Wed-Sat nights. I think a microwave should definitely be supplied. Usually standard in hotels. I think it’s good that the room is not serviced unless requested - great idea.
