“Check in staff were attentive and helpful, acknowledging our arrival whilst attending to other guests. Nice private entrance (which houses laundry facilities inside a cupboard) to our suite 201A, and to 201B. Our room had great views of the park and Eastern Beach. The living area was generous and kitchen facilities looked ample for longer stays. Twin beds were provided as requested. Bedroom was small and became a bit stuffy overnight despite door to main area being left open. ”

“The pool and breakfast were great. Very friendly staff. Loved exploring the mansion and gardens. Enjoyed our short walk to Shadowfax Winery for an informative wine tasting. We will visit the zoo on our next stay.”
