Vacations Close To Wedgewood Rink

The room feels like a mini apartment with all amenities. We loved it

The Hotel Riu was perfect for our needs in Toronto. We went for TIFF & some Jays games & it was so nice to have a hotel a short walk away from everything we were doing. We booked well in advance & got an extremely reasonable rate for a new hotel in a perfect location. The staff are super helpful & friendly & the free breakfast is fantastic. Good food with lots of options & again, very friendly & helpful staff. Even though the hotel was full, we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Rooms are a bit small-ish but clean & with a small fridge.

The sink tap in the bathroom was loose. The toilet paper dispenser kept falling off the wall.

The hotel is great for its location. We arrived at Union Station and it was a 15 minute walk. Walking to the CN Tower, Roger’s Stadium, the St Lawrence Market as well as other places of interest was easy and convenient. The check in was pleasant with helpful and friendly service. The hotel room itself was nice but quite small. The lobby area with the bar is quite lovely and inviting. It was an enjoyable stay.

Good location, comfy bed, but check-in process unclear, no staff on site in the evening and some improvements needed to make the room more user-friendly rather than 'stylish'.

Lovely staff and room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Top quality hotel. Well recommended if you can get a good price deal. No free breakfast. Room had adjacent living room area, Very clean and quiet. Very helpful staff.
