Vacations Close To Waves Indoor Waterpark

Staff are nice, location is very convenient to walk around, my only complaint is the hotel wall is very thin, no sound proof..we can hear everything that kids next door who are shouting and running and slamming doors especially from late at 11pm, after 2 failed attempts from security trying to calm them down, the room service had to move us to different room after midnight. There is no issue if neighbor room are people who have basic manners. We are not lucky lol

A wonderful experience from start to finish!

There's no parking available, so if driving, look for parking locations nearby at a premium. There's no hot tub available to unwind after a long day of walking around the city. Breakfast was excellent for all the meat eaters but lacking for vegetarians, when bringing this up to one of the managers he said they try to rotate but that doesn't help. Unlike the RIU in Panamá, the Breakfast there is awesome, Toronto needs work

The room was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything required with a very good fridge and freezer, these were particularly helpful in the very warm temperatures experienced in Toronto in June. Staff were all exceptionally approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for restaurants, cafes and public transport. The only slight downside is that guests are not permitted to use the balconies leading from the rooms, which was frustrating during a period of such nice weather.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. Good location, great cleaning, nice bed, good amenities and beautiful view from my bed! Definitely Toor will be us hotel in Toronto for ever!

Very nice hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk to all sorts of activities. Received a complimentary breakfast. Parking was convenient but a little overpriced. Rooms were decent with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit dated.

There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady.
