2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible customer service, it’s completely impossible to speak with a live person. We had issues with the reservation and couldn’t reach anyone for help and they didn’t respond to any messages. We had to book another hotel after traveling all day. Stay away from this property.

Virtual reception is a joke. We were from a different country and were unable to open the email to tell us where and how to get in. For the price charged, a reception is not too much to ask. Even a phone number provided went to message bank and would not be answered until the next day.
