Don’t do it! This place run down. Real bad! The staff is non existent really. Everything is on a kiosk. If you have issues SOL. The Reno downtown area is in need of being condemned. The homeless people in and outside at the ROW are terrible. You will have contact with some of them if u go there! They are in casino begging while u try to play. The 40 dollar a day resort fee is terrible. There is no resort. The pool is about the size of a home pool. You know real small 5-10 people max! Hot tub? No way…gross! The door lock on our room lock us out. After a long trip to the front desk, I was told go back and in 15 minutes someone will come up to my room. So I go stand in the hallway for 15 minutes and a guy with a tool cart shows up and we are kick to the hallway while he is in the room, fixing the door…really! Then……4 days of playing in casino hard, I tried to see if I have comps on my players card. The kiosk to check will not accept my card. I go to Caesar rewards. The guy say oh it fine now your card works…I go try again…Nope! Don’t work. I reprint card. Try again, it works. I have 1 dollar comp play after 4 day lodging and a couple grand I spent. Plus dining and staying at The Legacy! The problem is , no one cares! The shuttle bus driver said the ROWs new owners, Tillman, are changing stuff. Caesar’s has gone down hill so bad! First and last Reno visit! The highlight of Reno was Peppermill Casino!
