Very helpful and accommodating staff, from guiding us to our room to dealing with our clunky U-Haul without batting an eye to giving us late checkout without a hitch and then extending our stay an extra day because we didn’t want to leave the crackling lobby fire and cozy vibe.

This was a short two night break, the location was excellent and the hotel was good however as it had a private function going on we had to eat breakfast in the large reception area on the first morning.

Great spot in Georgetown.

Loved the fireplace at cocktail hour. The free baked Alaska at 5 was a little odd. No one wanted it. Why not offer something more appropriate for that time of day?

Hotel needs a major renovation - feels more like a Marriott Courtyard than a $1,000 a night Ritz Carlton! Also called hotel around 5pm specifically to let them know we're checking in late around 10:30, to make certain the room is set up for 3 guests (2 adults 1 child) and to ensure we have a roll away bed, enough towels and water... towel and water were added, but no extra bed!!! had to deal with this late at night!

Overall Good, Wouldn’t Book Again

Overall it was a good hotel, the staff were courteous and there for you to help. The room was spacious. I only had one issue on lack of calrity about breakfast situation. I got the breakfast included option and when I got there they said it covers up to $60. When I got the bill later they charged me full amount, so I called and they said it only covers up to $30 and they would fix it. Lack of consistency and clarity is the reason I give them 4 stars and not 5
