Visited DC for grad school. And this is my first time traveling alone. Staff overall was great! Very friendly, very accommodating, and great responsiveness! The lobby is gorgeous, as well as the restaurant but you can tell that that is where most of the renovations were made. The gym equipment was pretty worn down and wasn’t the best. The room is also pretty outdated cosmetically and definitely reflects the age of the hotel, but nothing to make me feel uncomfortable! I thankfully didn’t pay a lot for my stay but some of the prices I seen the hotel charging seems outrageous in my opinion.

I enjoyed the Ven Hotel very much. The location was close to the metro which you can use to easily get around the entire city. And in general the hotel is close to a lot of main attractions. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which we didn’t use but seemed very inviting. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The staff advised us on finding restaurants. The hotel roof has a pool a bar and lounge chairs and a great view of the city! Washington was a great city and I would definitely go back and use the Ven. Go!

The Ven is centrally located on a scenic side street in Dupont Circle with easy access to restaurants, bars, buses, and the Metro. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, and had everything we needed. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Convenient location just around the corner from DuPont Circle. I arrived in the morning several hours before check-in. They held my bags and called me when the room was ready. The staff was very courteous. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but it looked very nice as well.
