Friendly front desk, they offered a pack&play for our baby without us asking/saying anything. The gym was great, didn’t love the smaller elevator door down at the basement - made it a bit harder for me to bring my baby stroller, but I made it work. Front desk staff was very accommodating and super friendly - we arrived early and she checked us in then gave a call when our room was ready. Departing - we had a 6pm train and they kept our bags while we visited the zoo and other museums. Great not having to worry about our bags during the day. Highly recommend!

The location was great! Rooms were clean however, we had a room that faced the street and you could hear every siren, car horn, loud conversation that was happening outside throughout all hours of the day/night.The restaurant connected to the hotel was charming but you can smell the fish and chips from the lobby. We opted not to go for breakfast out of fear of smelling like a pub the rest of the day.
