The hotel was nice. It had an old field to it, but it was clean and kept up quite nicely. The valet staff was exceptional. The only issue I would have is they really didn’t have a grab and go or room service after hours so you can get water or a quick snack otherwise the hotel was great.

The staff and the grounds are amazing. Pool is lovely. Bathrooms and elevators very small but the charm of the old hotel makes it a gem. Meals/food while good are expensive for families. But there were nearby options. The coffee and staff at Morsels stood out! The wheel chair company fail to deliver a chair for us but the front desk staff allowed us to borrow one from them and this was a huge blessing.

We were in DC and found this hotel while on our travels. The room was good, and met our families needs....the breakfast at this hotel was AMAZING. It was so good we planning to stay again just to have breakfast there again! The grounds near the hotel was beautifully. So many tulips were in bloom and beautiful area to play some games with the kids and relax on the hammocks. Next time we also looking forward to trying out the pool area!

The property's location was situated close to Rock Creek Park. There is a beautiful pool on premises. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. It was a very comfortable room. The only negative is that I dined in the bar. The staff was helpful and kind, but, the steak that I ordered was not served hot and it was not cooked uniformly. I ordered medium rare and some portions were rare. It was $47 for the entree, so it was edible, but, not as good as I expected.
