The room was fine. When we arrived there was no parking available on site. We went to the Ritz Carlton to park in their garage . No compensation ,nor apology was ever offered. The next day, the valet did promise that he would try to secure a spot for us.

Disliked: Staff & service
I was given the wrong room upon arrival. They changed the room immediately. My last night at the hotel I was napping with only a towel on and I heard a man’s voice coming in my door with a key card. I immediately called the front desk and was told they were aware and will let management know. I went to the front desk to double check and make sure the email was written to management and one of the women staff laughed saying the customer has the same last name as me and that’s how they mixed up the rooms. Check was Monday morning I asked to speak with the manger and she had no idea of the situation and there wasn’t an email created. The manager told me she would give a refund for the incident. I never received any refund. What if the gentleman didn’t leave the room and things escalated. I was saddened how it was handled.
