The hotel was decent and very close to the metro which was great for traveling to different sights. It was occasionally loud in the middle of the night when trains went through and honked which was not great. The hotel and rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

The staff was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I got to the site early & everyone helped to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. I like that they have a place to drop bags so I could do what I needed while I waited for my room. I was able to check in about 30 mins before 4pm and I was so grateful to get settled a little bit early. The room was very clean and I felt like I had everything I needed for my stay. The experience was so good, I signed up for a loyalty account.

Great hotel! Staff are very professional. Location is just off the red line and there are tons of restaurants at Union Market. The rooms are large and clean, and the gym has a nice variety of equipment. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness seemed to be important to staff. evrything was spotless. We got a corner room and it seemed a bit small. There really wasn't a place to put our luggage. Other than that, the room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower had good water pressure and was easy to adjust the water temp.

Staff were all amazing. Friendly, enthusiastic, and made our stay a pleasure. Special call out to Loretta who was cleaning the room, but every single person of the hotel was fabulous.
