My experience was okay at best. For a two-night stay at a high-end hotel, I was not impressed.
On our first day, staff asked if we wanted assistance with our luggage, but no one ever came. That set the tone early on. While the staff at the Sakura Club were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, the same could not be said for the front desk.
At one point, we asked for assistance opening the outdoor patio doors. The front desk associate was flat and unhelpful, offering no reassurance or follow-up. We waited approximately 15 minutes for someone to open the patio, unsure if help was even coming.
If it were not for the Sakura Club benefit, I would not return. For the price point and reputation of this hotel, the service did not consistently meet expectations.
