Good location! Spacious and very nice and clean apartment. The garage process was inconvenient since you had to call the front desk representative to open your garage door every time you’re trying to come in. However everything else was great! Highly Recommended for a family stay!

All things related to the property itself were good. Only mishap was poor handling regarding checkout time frame. We agreed on a late checkout but I was called just before regular checkout time informing they couldn't honor it. Not professional!

This is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. I ended up using the in-suite washer and dryer because of the workouts. (They have two stair climbers, one that also works arms.) It was really nice to come home and not do laundry.

Overall, this property was a good find. Its location was great. There is a bus stop and metro station very close. Otherwise, getting to most of the sites in DC was an inexpensive Lyft ride away. The downfall was the communication with the property. I contacted them via message at least three times before our stay to inquire about parking with no response. Parking is available at the property for a modest price. The only other thing that was negative is that it was noisy trying to sleep and there was a abundance police and ambulance activity on Saturday night because of teen takeovers (hundreds of them) in the area which would make some feel unsafe. We stayed inside. The staff was friendly in the lobby. Overall 4/5 stars.

Pros and cons of Coda on Half… The pros first… The room was super clean, well lit, Great lighting options in both the main room and the bathroom, great refrigerator, the room smelled great, all the lights in the bathroom were great. The toiletries and towels were great in regards to clean and smelled great. The cons were the bath towels did not fit around my waist and I'm only 215 pounds, the towels definitely need to be larger. The water pressure in the sink was almost nonexistent. The air-conditioning chose to turn off in the middle of the night and I woke up hot and sweaty. When the air conditioning was working, it works great.
