The hotel is awesome for anyone in town to catch a NATS Baseball Game or an event (football, soccer, etc.) at Audi Field. It's a few blocks from the metro and there are tons and bars of restaurants a few blocks away. When you're at the rooftop bar and restaurant there are stunning views of the capital building and other highlights of DC.

The property is new and hip. 15 min walk to the warf area and 15 min walk to hip, urban area full of restaurants with outdoor dinning. Hotel is next to a sketchy area of housing but once u get past that its great. Also a great view of capitol out our window.

This property was nicely kept and modern…extremely clean and neat rooms and common areas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got in late and barely made it in time to have something to eat before the restaurant closed. The restaurant staff were so kind and let us order even though they were closing in 10 minutes. The only complaint is that we didn’t have enough drawer space.
