So it was my first time getting a hotel without help but they were really kind and easy to communicate with, especially when my train got cancelled and I had to rebook for another stay, they let us stay in our original room which was really sweet! Overall good customer service!

It was a good stay, but the construction made it a little tricky to navigate (which I understand was necessary and I also appreciate the staff for helping navigate it!). Still is my go-to stay when visiting DC because the location is great and easy to get around. Ps - can’t wait to see it when the construction is done.

Clean room. Staff not quite accommodating or friendly. No microwave in the rooms which was indeed stressful. Good location; close to everywhere in DC. Air conditioning is perfect and facility is need in the rooms but exterior under renovations. Heating and other stuff works well.

The staff were great. However they don’t reveal they are under construction UNTIL you have booked, and all the other hidden fees that go along with the booking price. There were no access to any of the amenities. No ice-machine. Definitely could be better once renovations are done.
