“Visiting Gilbert and Sullivan Festival at Opera House across the Square. Ideal location for this visit. On payment of parking permit fee able to park in front of hotel for 24 hours. This permit made the afternoon walk around Buxton and the morning shopping trip much easier. The location of the hotel is perfect for any visit to Buxton. “They said car parking was included in the price however this needed to be paid on top of the room price.”

“Firstly want to start of my saying the spa treatment and facilities were truly 10/10. The location was also great with nice walks and restaurants. However, for a 5 star hotel I was left a little disappointed. There was a whole in our duvet and the room had marks, chips and stains on the walls, dressing table and wardrobe.”
