Upon our arrival at 5:00 PM—well past the 3:00 PM check-in time—we were informed that the two rooms with two queen beds that we had paid for were still not ready. We were told we would have to wait at least another hour before we could check in, or we could instead accept two rooms with only one king bed each. That was not an acceptable option since there were four of us.
I had to check with Guest Services three separate times to see if our rooms were ready. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a significant check-in delay because the rooms were not prepared on time.
If you value your time and want a smooth check-in experience, save yourself the frustration and consider staying next door at SpringHill Suites or Embassy Suites instead.
