“A wee bit tired but room very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. Really good value for money Would stay again”

“Overall an excellent location, staff and facilities. The grounds and gardens are large and very well kept. Only minor items to address are that it took some time for breakfast orders to be taken so had to wait a long time and result in toast and tea getting cold. Pool area could do with a little more lighting as it felt very dull.”

“Our room was large and nicely decorated. However, our room had a strong damp smell I believe partly from the bathroom. I know that property was old but neither of the windows in the bathroom opened and their wooden plank sealing the fireplace looked a little damp and dusty.”

“Lovely old inn in a quiet village. Staff were very helpful. Great breakfast and evening meals.”

“The bar & outside area was really good. Lovely beer garden. Staff were very friendly. We did not have breakfast but Dinner menu had a good selection of very tasty food.”
