“The property is in a lovely setting and as the sun was shining we enjoyed an evening glass of wine on the patio looking over the gardens and tipi. The restaurant, public areas and the bedrooms were all pristine and food of a great standard, when in the area we would definitely stay again.”

“The Coach House room 43 is very pretty, perfect for a romantic getaway. Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff polite. Grounds well kept. Some areas of cleaning need attention, stained upholstery and mould around bottom of shower let the room down a bit but overall this did not spoil my stay.”

“We were a family of 3 plus a cockapoo staying in The Tweed. The room was perfect for us. Loved the decor and attention to detail. It was nice to sit in the sun in the morning in the little garden with a coffee and listen to the birds. We had dinner and breakfast in the pub. The food was ok but the service could have been better. We booked in advance and were seated straight away but we found nobody came over to ask if we wanted drinks and we ended up having to stand in the queue at the bar....
