“All staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, I'd booked an attic room but seeing my husband on crutches they immediately swapped us into a first floor room which I think was an upgrade as it had a huge freestanding copper bath and Chesterfield sofa as well as a king (or maybe super king) sized bed. “I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. “I advise everyone, DO NOT STAY at this property, keep on looking for something else. The rooms smelt of smoke, the hallways and stairs smelt like a bar, the people’s staying in the other rooms looked dodgy, this place is a craic den, and to top it all off the owners didn’t care about the issues. ”
