“The entrance from the road (left side) may look like a drive thru but once getting into the lobby everything was very inviting.”

“Room were clean and staff was helpful”

“Hotel is clean and orderly”

“Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.”

“The staff were helpful and friendly, but the facility is in bad need of renovation specially the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures need replacing and there’s mildew all around the shower floor. Even if you ask them to clean the room, they’ll fix the bed sheets and replace towels but they don’t clean the bathroom or anything. “Its ok we only stayed for 1 night”

“Good staff and clean room”

Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.”

“Excellent breakfast buffet”

“Family-friendly area and very secured.”

“The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.”
