“Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious. “Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor.”

“Shower did not work. Only one towel in the room. TV did not work. Very dirty floor. Stains on the bed and headboard. Windows don't open fully.”

“Cuando llegue me dieron una habitación para discapacitados sin avisarme. Les pedí que me cambiaran y lo hicieron al siguiente día. Hubo también un error cuando cargaron el total de la reservación y aunque parece que regresaron ese monto a mi tarjeta, aún no lo veo reflejado. El hotel está lindo y el personal es amable pero honestamente esperaba más del hotel”
