ALARM, ALARM!!!! This is an old hotel, so be aware of that. The staff was very nice and tried extremely hard not to focus on the age of the building, furniture, fixtures, etc. I was lucky, I found two people who were very efficient at their work and beyond. One is a female house keeper on the 27th floor. And the other was a very knowledgeable person by the name of Doug at the from desk from 3:00 until 11:00PM.
The Hotel is perfectly located. Our bathroom in 2706 was a very poor excuse for a bathroom. The sink, the toilet and the tub. TV system was, at most, very confusing and with limited channels unless you want to pay. No AC in the bedroom and it was fairly warm when we were there. Vancouver is a beautiful city.
