The most important thing to me when I like a hotel is food, staff, convenience and obviously a clean room, here we were only able to eat at the buffet at Los tres rios since the other restaurants required a reservation and not able to get a reservation for any of the las 5 days we stayed there, the food is good and is amazing to see that you get a table really fast even when is hundreds of people there, so personally I am not crazy in walking between crowded restaurants looking for food and seating next to hundreds of people, the staff at that restaurant they are very helpful, by the pool is another story I stayed in hotels from this chain before I was so disappointed that obviously trying to save money they only have a few waiters serving by the pool so no wonder i saw many people buying giant cups since you have to go to the bar yourself and is only two bars with long lines so people try to get drinks that last longer so they don’t have to go back too soon, the biggest disappointment was the elevators they have 10 elevators but only two stops in the floor where you are the other ones you see them going up and down passing by the time I was able to get a elevator it was like sardines since they’re small which is very inconvenient since they don’t have air conditioning in the elevators or the hallways I did complain and an employee told me I was right about how lousy elevators are but they are programmed to not to stop in between floors so i won’t be back to this hotel

Staff was Not attentive-especially at Kelly’s bar. Everything was closed by 10pm-

El desayuno recién comienza a las 8am, es tarde y no pudimos usarlo. Normalmente en un hotel comienza a las 6am. Además el café de la habitación fue con cargo. Por lo demás, Todo muy bien.

Beautiful, large property that comes with a lot of amenities. Staff is very friendly and ready to assist you in everyway possible. Food and drinks are delicious and plentiful. Spa service was stupendous and would definitely recommend it. Would definitely return.

Everything was wonderful — the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was great either way beautiful views. All inclusive was a great deal!
