Vacations Close To Victoria Harbour

It was an ok stay. For the price I would have expected way better. There weren’t enough towels. I tried calling down to the front desk repeatedly and there wasn’t any answer. The room was clean though and the pool and hot tub were nice to use.

Great place to stay clean

Customer service was terrible, our room wasn't clean on arrival. We had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours for one of the rooms to be cleaned. My sister was given a key card to an occupied room. They told us they would comp us one night then when we went to check out refused to comp usthe night. We got a parking ticket for parking in the garage after we paid for parking through the hotel. The pool area had tons of towels laying around everywhere. The lounge chairs outside had no cushions on them Recommend staying somewhere else.

The only feedback I can give is that despite cancelling my booking within 30 minutes Expedia was not able to get any response from the hotel with regard to any type of refund. We were in a tough situation with a broken down car but apparently the hotel does not consider extenuating circumstances which is extremely disappointing

Great hotel with swimming pool, hit with the kids. Little older hotel that has been updated. Rooms were clean, staff were great, restaurants on site which was awesome. We did have an issue with our room but the staff made it right. Only downside is if you are not able to do stairs, you should request a main-floor unit directly with the hotel in advance if you want to avoid stairs or have heavy luggage. Restaurants are on the 2nd floor. But all in all I would stay here again.

Its super clean, nice, the room is very spacious, all the amenities are great and the view outside the hotel is very relaxing. But its kinda out of the way for everything. Maybe if its for a golf tournament week on the location then yes its perfect. But if you want to explore the Island and food, you will definitely need a car.
