“I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

“ Perfect nature escape! This hotel is so beautiful, located in a pine forest. There is a small hiking trail, cycling, pickleball court in the property. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. I felt relaxed the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch—incredibly attentive and welcoming. If you need a peaceful place to recharge, this is it. Highly recommended! ”

“When a urinal, shower and toilet share practically the same space with no separation, thats a cause for alarm! Once you shower, you cant do anything else its a little gross. Padlock on the window gave prison vibes and the room was not in great shape. I left and booked somewhere else after spending 5 minutes there. ”

“Very satisfied with the stay and spa services”

“Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. ”

“We came here looking for a hotel close to the airport for a one night stopover, and even if it looked a little down, we were lured by good comments of other passengers. The place is terrible, close to a highway with no space to have a nice walk, only some terrible places for dinner. The room was cold, the WiFi did not work, the room looked clean but the bed sheets and towels were worn and with unpleasant stains. Next time will look for a different place, even if it is not so close to the...

“Value for money, great for one night stay for airport transfers. However, they sometimes struggle to find existing reservations through Expedia during check-in, but eventually finds it after showing the booking number. They even arranged a cab for us.”
