“Communication needs to be improved both prior and during the stay. The property is difficult to find using Google Maps. We rang the stated number but it took some time for someone to reply/answer. The keys to the room are inside your unlocked room meaning anyone could walk into your room and take the keys as the front door is always unlocked. No instructions are given how to lock or unlock the door, you have to WhatsApp the owner to find out. Photos after booking confirmation are misleading...

“Fantastiskt ställe - fint restaurerad gammal gård, belägen på en lugn och otroligt vacker plats med utsikt över Garda sjön , stor trädgård med pool, mysiga rum, mycket trevlig ägare, personlig service, utmärkt frukost. ”

“Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Das Zimmer war toll, das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und der Pool war super! Es gab außerdem morgens günstige Backwaren und Kaffee, den man an der Rezeption kaufen konnte. Man ist sehr schnell am See und es gibt viele leckere Restaurants, die zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind. Alles top und nur zu empfehlen!”
