Valloria Vacations

I spent 1.75 hours in line to check in. The the self check-in kiosks didn't work for anyone. At 1 point they had only 1 agent checking in guests despite the long line. My room had 2 queen beds instead of the 1 king I reserved. I didn't want to spend another hour in line to correct that. The smoke detector in the room was hanging out of the wall by the wires. Can light in the bathroom was hanging about 2 inches from the ceiling. The wallpaper in the room was torn and sticking out in numerous places. The WiFi was not accessible from my room. I used the kiosk to check out and entered my email for a receipt. When I selected option to pay and check-out, the message said I had to go to the registration desk to finalize the process. Again, there was a long line an only 2 agents. Others told me they had been in line for 30 minutes and weren't really moving. I didn't have the time to wait in line. I still have not received an invoice. The best service I received was from the Bell Desk. They were friendly, helpful and prompt. The rest of the hotel and experience was poor.

Location is great Got turned off by the bathrooms upon check in. Toilet had little hairs all over. Housekeeping may have missed it

Nice gated place with pool ,hot tubs, Starbucks on site ,very friendly
