Fantastic one night stay!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and relaxing! Overall would highly recommend.

All in all an excellent stay in a beautiful boutique hotel and for the most part very attentive and helpful staff. Only complaint was that one night I discovered my AC was not working properly and seemed to be programmed to not go below a certain temperature. The night desk attendant didn’t seem to know how to fix it and made me feel my request was unreasonable in a somewhat rude manner. But when I spoke to the other attendant in the morning, it was fixed within seconds. The night attendant gets one star.

Excellent overall (and for the price). The common areas are charming - decorated in an attractive "old Rome" style and the front door is antique. The rooms are ample in size and have coffee/tea available. The breakfast is outstanding - lots of different foods to choose from and custom coffee (eg cappuccino) is available/included in the price. Very quaint rooftop bar (was in the shade after 6pm) with great views of the Pantheon/Rome. Variety of light snacks at the bar. The staff was attentive - we planned to return on our way back from Athens since we liked it so much and particularly appreciated the fact that the hotel messaged us to advise us of a taxi strike on the day of our arrival so that we could make alternate arrangements. Close to major attractions and shopping.
