“Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try).”

“I booked this hotel for my daughter, as she was competing in a nationalsports event at Brunel University and this was the closest hotel to the event that had rooms available and I didn’t want her to have to have added stress dealing with accommodation on competition day. From the outset there were problems. Firstly, my daughter didn’t receive her check-in information, so I had to phone the contact information on here. It turns out that it wasn’t the right information and I was given a number...

“I had a really lovely stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place itself is beautiful and very pleasant. The only downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down can be a little difficult. I also want to give a...
