Vacations Close To Utah Shakespeare Festival

I was told I had a late check out for free, the next day I was told by the staff that the rep that told me this was a new agent and did not know their policies. I was told I could pay for a late check out as they did not have any courtesy free late check out. Not even 1 hour! That’s all I needed 1 hour.

Excellent location right in the heart of the Strip. Hotel is good quality for the cist. Rooms were big and quiet.

Love the sphere view , got the luxury suite , but only thing no free Coffee inside the room .

Felt super safe and welcome! The room and amenities were great! The pool was beautiful but seats got filled quick so best to reserve if possible!

Room was not clean, garbage can looked as though someone dumped something or vomited in it. sent a message and photo and was told housekeeping would be up to take care of it. After waiting 4 hours i hung the do not disturb and went to bed. No washcloths or toilet paper. i had to run down a maid and get TP. Television kept shutting off, very annoying. Phone didn’t work. Wanted to relax by the pool but was filled with kids splashing and screaming. No adult area. food was disappointing and overly expensive. 18$ for a smoothie. for what i paid to stay here to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Bought tickets for the Sphere and was told we could walk from the venetian to the sphere by a walkway but when we went for the event the walkway was closed so we had to walk outside in 104 degree weather for 20 minutes to get there. Wont stay here again.

The only thing I hated was the cigarette/cigar smell. Everything else was perfect!
