“Freundliches, zuvorkommendes und unkompliziertes junges Personal. Die Rezeption war für alle Fragen offen und suchte, wenn sie nicht direkt Antworten konnten, nach Antworten! Die Anlage und das Zimmer waren sauber, alles war Vorhanden. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das moderne Bad komplett ausgerüstet. Der Manager sprach Deutsch und pflegte mit dem Personal einen liebenswürdigen Umgang.”

Chambre propre et agréable avec ventilateur et moustiquaire. La salle de bain mériterai un petit rafraichissement mais est globalement en bon état. Excellent endroit pour arriver au Sri Lanka”

“Waterland is a small resort of around 5 individual villas on the banks of a river. We stayed in Elephant villa which has a small, private pool and decking area. We loved the indoor/ outdoor bathroom with fish! The area is quiet and great for just sitting and watching the wildlife. Food is eaten in a small restaurant and although choice is limited, the quality was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Slight downsides... The resort is really tucked away ,so be sure your taxi driver knows...
