“Efficient check in and great size room”

“The room was lovely, very clean, as bit on the small side, but for 1 night that wasn't an issue. The bed was very comfortable. Shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and made to order, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue, we were exhausted and hoping for a good night's sleep, unfortunately below us in the pub they had a very loud music set up, that didn't stop at 11pm, playing "one last song" a few times and finally stopped around 11:20. “This is the second time I have stayed due to the convenient location for work. I’ve had the warmest arrival on both occasions. The room was lovely. The bed extremely comfy. And the little touches such as fresh milk and brownies are a bonus treat. Exceptional.”

“The toilet roll holder was little bit out of reach and the 3rd floor hallway carpet had a big stain on it and only one chair in the room but still four stars”
